  20. sp "return" to exit and see "b.0.08"
  21. done setting

sp "start-stop" to start running

 More settings for b mode

The factory setting for stopwatch is “0”

Example 3, set stopwatch = 30 minutes

  1. sp "start-stop" to start running
  2. lp "Set time"  and see 11.000
  3. lp "config" to see a flashing number

  5. done setting; it will run for 30 minutes and stop. Remember to reset to "0" if you don't want stopwatch function

Example 4, running 3 ports sequential tapping when blocks coming up more than one

b mode - (0.15s, 0.01, 0.04, 0.06, 0.04, 0.11, 0.04)

set running cycle = 0.15 second,
1st strike at 0.01 second, striking period 0.04 s in P1
1st strike at 0.06 second, striking period 0.04 s in P2
1st strike at 0.11 second, striking period 0.04 s in P3
So, cycle time = (0.01+0.04+0.01+0.04+0.01+0.04)=0.15s

Please refer to the electronic user's manual for the description of the configuration. The manual is only available in an electronic form with the purchase of Pro Flexer series.

Tips for Pro Flexer

Use A mode

Fast setting -  connect the cords directly to port 1 and port 2 separately.  Port 1 is for “accept” and port 2 is for refreshing  (33, 33 clicks); Slow setting - port 2 for“accept” and port 3 for refreshing (33, 25 clicks).

Use b mode -----  We recommend you use b mode to do sequential tapping (one cycle time = 0.08 second; 25 clicks per second)

Q and A:

The Flexer stops after running for 30 seconds?

The Flexer uses very minimal power and the power current sometimes can’t be detected by power bank, which makes the power bank stop supplying power. Please use it together with a phone to connect the power bank or connect to a laptop computer. When you are doing configuration, please use a USB in a laptop computer

Under b mode, the Flexer doesn’t  repeat the loop or taps unexpectedly

Please clear up the remaining settings (leftovers) other than you did  in P1、P2、P3 and set as “0”

Please bear in mind if you set the speed yourself - To maximize performance, please use Fast speed for "accept", Slow speed for "refresh"!
Download App "Yet another multi-touch test" from Google Store.
Try out these setups to see which works best with your phone. Keep in mind while you are testing with "Yet another multi-touch test", make sure the tapping is sequential (one after the other). If you see only blue lines (or only red lines) accurately displayed on the screen, then your setup is ready. If you see both blue and red line, it is saying they're tapping at the same time and you need to readjust until you only see blue lines (one clicking after the other). Adjust to a speed that your phone still responds sequentially. Sequential mode is valid under 15 clicks per second. Over 15 clicks per second, sequential tapping may become not possible. Remember that L mode is sequential-mode, with which clickers will go one click after the other. You may reverse clicking heads and observe if two clicking heads are coordinated sequentially (one after the other). Please refer to user manual for the details of instruction. User's manual is in electronic form available only via email after purchasing.
Normally, your phone will respond well to settings we have done for you. Please refer to the description sheet in the box and use port1, 2 sequential setting (P1L, P2L) for Amazon Flex app. If you want a faster setting, please refer to the user manual or consult with us. You may choose the settings or re-do the settings yourself to find out which works best with Amazon Flex app. Due to the difference of the response time for each mobile phone, the performance may vary. Don't use more than 20 clicks per second to ensure optimal performance. "Too fast" is of no use. Please don't use it for hours continuously.

Simple Flexer

Online help and Tutorial video for Simple Flexer

Dear customer

I would like to walk you through the process while you are using Simple Flexer first time.

Send us a message via https://www.facebook.com/gnngbTaiwan/ and tell us you need help. Let's do it together on Facebook Messenger. We are available after 4 PM Pacific time.

Please watch Tutorial video on Youtube first.

https://youtu.be/osy2GGPPJyA

https://youtu.be/RGagaZBKlhM

Please refer to the attached pictures

Peel off plastic before using clicking head - head will stick on the phone

Connecting extension cord with clicking heads, and you should see "all white" on the connector. (up-side-down will result in slow or no response)

Connecting extension with box

- wrong connecting will result in slow or no response of clicking

Tips for Simple Flexer

Simple Flexer is a 3 fixed speeds auto tapper. For Amazon Flex users, you always set faster speed for catching.

Fast setting -  connect the cords directly to port 1 and port 2 separately without the use of the extension cord. Port 1 is for "accept" and port 2 is for "refresh"

Slow setting - port 2 for "accept" and port 3 for "refresh" without the use of extension cord.

If you use extension cord connecting both clicking cord for both catching and refreshing, please make sure the cord from the clicker head is securely connected with the extension cord (as they may come off sometimes). The inconsistent tapping mostly results from insecure connecting. If the cord is firmly connected, the tapping should be no problem.

Simple Flexer2

Online help and tutorial video for Simple Flexer2

Dear customer

I would like to walk you through the process while you are using Simple Flexer2 first-time.

Send us a message via https://www.facebook.com/gnngbTaiwan/ and tell us you need help. Let's do it together on Facebook Messenger. We are available after 4 PM Pacific time. Please watch Tutorial video on our website. https://gnngb.myshopify.com/

Setup Simpler Flexer2 - please refer to the attached pictures

Peel off the white plastic layer with the grey tape showing before using clicking head - head will stick on the phone; After using them a couple times once the tapes are not sticking on the phone, please replace electric-inductive-adhesive tape

  1. Connecting extension cord with clicking head cables; you should see all-white on the connector, otherwise, it is upside-down and it won’t click but just buzz
  2. Connecting extension with the box with the white-smooth-side connector facing up (same direction as power button)

wrong connecting will result in slow or no response of clicking

Tips for Simple Flexer2

Simple Flexer2 is a 3 fixed speeds auto tapper.

Simple Flexer is not tapping?

Some customers don't see the response on the screen when it's clicking. It's clicking. It's hard to tell when Simple Flexer2 is tapping on the same spot on the screen. You may do a little test. Open your keyboard on the screen, scroll across the keyboard to see the response of tapping. Normally, the electric-inductive head precisely sends every signal to the screen. When tapping at high speed for a while, if the screen cannot respond timely it tells you the screen might be slow down. Please turn off the power for one second and turn on again to release the signal accumulated. The screen will work again. You may set it at slow speed when you can't pay attention to it. For high speed running, we suggest you please use this gadget with care during block release period and don't use continuously.

Troubleshooting

Simple Flexer

Doesn't click

  1. check power bank. It should be 5V power bank
  2. check connector and extension cord. It has to be  "all white". If connect up-side-down, it won't work. (you hear only buzz)
  3. the extension cord not attached

Clicking but doesn't touch screen efficiently

  1. open keyboard in your phone and scroll across the keyboard to see if letters coming up as expected.
  2. if letters are not efficiently coming up, press clicker and see if improving.
  3. peel off soft padding (not transparent or red plastic) and try to click again. If it works better, please use the suction cup to firm it. This is saying the padding (0.8mm) is a little bit thicker than it should be. We can replace padding for you. See Video

Simple Flexer2

Doesn't click and has no clicking sound

  1. check power bank. It should be 5V power bank
  2. check connector and extension cord. If connect incorrectly, it won't work. Please see the demonstrated pictures above.
  3. the extension cord not attached

Clicking but doesn't touch screen efficiently

  1. open keyboard in your phone and scroll across the keyboard to see if letters coming up as expected.
  2. if letters not efficiently coming up, please replace the tape. Try and correct the tape to find an optimal response.
  3. check if it is a curved screen phone. A curved screen phone tends to deflect electric signals.

Clicking and freezing

  1. it is saying the response screen is not as quick as Simple Flexer2 tapping. It is not easy to tell if clicker is clicking on the same spot on the phone, but it is clicking. Please power off for one second and power on again to release the accumulated electric signals. Try to use a slow speed if you cannot pay attention or use it with care at high speed during block release period.
